WorldStar Enterprise (hereafter referred to as “WSE”) is committed to the reliability and functionality of our products. Our WSE products are warranted by leading support and each of our authorized resellers also provides the same support to our end users. Unfortunately, it is objectively difficult for WSE to provide support for products purchased from the unauthorized channels and resellers.

It has recently come to our attention that a batch of products labeled as our branded WSE are being sold via unauthorized channels and resellers at abnormally low prices.

Please be well noted the List of Unauthorized Channels and Resellers:

It is impossible for WSE to ensure quality and service from these foresaid unauthorized channels and resellers. In the case of WSE ’s products purchased from channels and resellers, the warranty and other relative services including but not limited to cloud service, software upgrade would be unavailable. WWSE S shall not be responsible for any software, firmware, information or memory data from channels and resellers or any other third party contained in, stored on, or integrated with, without prior consent by WSE , any products returned to WSE for repair or replacement. WSE shall not be liable to unauthorized channels and resellers for any consequential or indirect losses arising from selling or using of these products. If you purchase such products, you will face significant risks including product failure and financial loss.

We strongly advise against purchasing the aforementioned products from unauthorized channels and resellers. We hope that our reputable partners could stand with us to resist these unauthorized behaviors and stop any cooperation with the unauthorized channels and resellers. Healthy market is closely related to the interests of you and us, and maintaining market healthy shall be our common goal.
