Every product on worldstarsecuritycameras.com comes with a downloadable spec sheet. Shoppers can download a ready-made Worldstar sheet from any product page. Approved dealers can make their own custom sheets with their logo, price, model number and notes, and download them as Word or PDF.

Part A: Download a spec sheet from a product page

  1. Open a product. Go to any product page in the store.
  2. Find the “Download spec sheet” box under the price. It says “Word or PDF, ready to print or share.”
  3. Pick a format. Click Word to get an editable .docx file, or PDF / Print to get a sheet you can print or save as PDF.

Part B: Create custom spec sheets (approved dealers)

1. Set up your Spec Sheet Profile (one time)

  1. Log in and go to My Account > Spec Sheet Profile.

  2. Upload your Logo (JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP, max 2 MB). Then fill in your company, contact name, phone, email, website and address.

  3. Under Sheet color, choose a color, or pick Custom and enter a hex code. You can also set an Accent color for headings (optional). The sheet color is used for the title bar, headings and borders.

  4. Add Default notes. These are used when a product has no saved notes. Then click Save profile. You’ll see “Spec sheet profile saved.”

2. Find a product

  1. Go to My Account > Spec Sheets (My Spec Sheets).

  2. Under Find a spec sheet, type a product name or model number in the search box, or choose from Category. Then click Search.

  3. Click Customize on the product you want. Tip: you can also open any product page while logged in and expand Create & Download Custom Spec Sheet under the price.

3. Customize and export

  1. Under Sheet branding, choose Unbranded (my info) to put your logo and contact details on the sheet, or Worldstar branded.

  2. Enter Your price. The sheet shows the MSRP crossed out and how much the customer saves. You can also add a Valid until date.

  3. Optionally, enter Your product name and Your model number.
  4. Add Notes, for example “Includes installation and 2-year labor warranty.”

  5. Click Download Word or Download PDF.

4. Sheet history

Sheets you download are listed on the Spec Sheets page, so you can download them again as Word or PDF at any time.

How to become a dealer

Custom spec sheets and dealer pricing are only for approved dealers. To apply, use Get Dealer Pricing or email sales@worldstarcctv.com.

FAQ

Can I edit the Word file?

Yes. The .docx file opens in Word, LibreOffice or Google Docs.

Why don’t I see Spec Sheets in My Account?

The Spec Sheets and Spec Sheet Profile tabs only appear on approved dealer accounts. Email sales@worldstarcctv.com to get access.

Do unbranded sheets mention Worldstar?

No. Unbranded sheets show only your information.

I got “Too many downloads.”
